We are so excited that you are interested in being a sponsor or vendor. We have four levels of sponsorship: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Bag Naming Sponsorship $3500

  • Logo on swag bag for all attendees

Platinum Sponsorship $2000

  • Most prominent logo placement on banners and conference program

  • Full page ad in conference program

  • Recognition by host during main session

  • Everything at Gold level

 Gold Sponsorship  $1500

  • Prominent logo placement on banners and conference program

  • Half page ad in conference program

  • Recognition by host during main session

  • Difference in the table types are the location and the amount of foot traffic. 

  • Six foot table with 2 chairs

Advertisement

Conference Program Advertisement

  • Every attendee will receive a 8.5x11 magazine style program with information about the conference, speakers, maps, etc.

  • Quarter, half, and full page advertisements available ($100, $200, $350)

  • You do your own design - must be received by Sep 23.

Welcome Bag Insert $100

  • An Insert into the Welcome Bag of all attendees.  

  • The insert size can be as large as 8 1/2 x 11” - AND - you can print on both sides of your insert if you wish.

  • You are responsible for printing it and having it delivered to Grace Church by Oct 11. (Estimating 500 copies.)

Contributor

Connect and contribute with colleagues and families by sharing your expertise, and increase your visibility within the community
